Fees
Initial intake assessment fee: $275 for a 50 minute session
Follow-up session fee: $260 for 50 minute session
Payment is due at the time of session and rendered via credit card.
Insurance
At this time, we are considered an out-of-network provider, and we do not bill insurance. Upon request, we can provide you with a "superbill" or invoice for services rendered so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance provider. Many insurance companies provide coverage for a percentage of out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits, including how to file claims for services.
